Summerland USED TO BE known as the town of festivals…
and to be sure, Summerland still celebrates a wide variety of events, including festivals, but the Summerland of today is fast becoming known for many other positives, such as being the most progressive small town in the Okanagan! But, Summerland will always be a great host and an eager participant in many great events, and below is a short list of just a few:

Approximately 156 acres in size.
Not in the Agricultural Land Reserve.
Zoned Country Residential for acreage size lots.
Owned by a Summerland based family partnership.
